NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. Consider/Discuss/Act on Making a Recommendation to the McKinney Community Development Corporation to Reallocate Existing Funds in order to Complete Substantial Renovations to the Senior Recreation Center, Improvements to Various Neighborhood Parks, the Purchase of a Parks & Recreation Bus, and the Purchase of Outdoor Workout Equipment A motion was made by Delozier, seconded by Warren,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with Kimley - Horn and Associates, Inc., of McKinney, Texas, for Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Al Ruschhaupt Master Plan A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Butler,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
