Advisory Board
PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.
Consider/Discuss/Act on Making a Recommendation to the McKinney
Community Development Corporation to Reallocate Existing Funds in
order to Complete Substantial Renovations to the Senior Recreation
Center, Improvements to Various Neighborhood Parks, the Purchase of a
Parks & Recreation Bus, and the Purchase of Outdoor Workout
Equipment
A motion was made by Delozier, seconded by Warren,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS (For Non-Public Hearing Agenda

Speak" card and present it to the Clerk before the meeting. Pursuant to Section 551.007 of the
Texas Government Code, any person wishing to address the Board for items listed as public
hearings will be recognized when the public hearing is opened.
Speakers wishing to address the Board regarding any non-public hearing item on this agenda
shall have a time limit of three (3) minutes per speaker, per agenda item. The Board Chair
may reduce the speaker time limit uniformly to accommodate the number of speakers or
improve meeting efficiency.
CONSENT ITEMS
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by
law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such
request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.

the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with
Dunaway Associates, L.P., of Fort Worth, Texas, for Professional
Planning and Landscape Architectural Services for an Update to the
Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan and Hike and Bike
Trails Plan
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Warren,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with
Kimley - Horn and Associates, Inc., of McKinney, Texas, for Landscape
Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Al Ruschhaupt
Master Plan
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Butler,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

BOARD, MCDC LIAISON, AND DIRECTOR COMMENTS
Board, MCDC Liaison, and Director Comments relating to items of public interest;
announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition,
commendation of citizens, traffic issues, upcoming meetings, informational update on City
projects, awards, acknowledgments of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests of the Director
for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
