A motion was made by Commissioner Kochalka, seconded by Commissioner
Thompson,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

A motion was made by Commissioner Hilton, seconded by Commissioner

Updated Capital Improvements Plan and Potential Amendments to
Impact Fees for the 2012-2013 Roadway Impact Fee Update
A motion was made by Commissioner Thompson, seconded by Commissioner
Hilton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Comment on the
Updated Capital Improvements Plans and Potential Amendments to
Impact Fees for the 2012-2013 Utility Impact Fee Update
