A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner
Hilton,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by

A motion was made by Commissioner McReynolds, seconded by
Commissioner Hilton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried
by the following vote.

for Lot 3R1, Block A, of Parcel 905 Addition, Being Fewer than 8
Acres, Located Approximately 720 Feet North of Eldorado Parkway
and on the East Side of Alma Road
A motion was made by Commissioner Hilton, seconded by Commissioner
Gilmore,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the
following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a
Preliminary-Final Replat for Lots 1R, 2R, 3R, 4R, 5 and Common Area
A31R, Block A3 (Cooper Life at Craig Ranch, Phase 2), Located on
the Northeast Corner of Grand Ranch Parkway and Hewitt Drive
A motion was made by Commissioner Hilton, seconded by Commissioner
Zepp,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a
Preliminary-Final Replat for 40 Single Family Residential Townhome
Lots and 22 Common Areas (Sorrellwood Terrace), Located
Approximately 500 Feet South of Virginia Parkway and on the East
Side of Hardin Boulevard
A motion was made by Commissioner McReynolds, seconded by
Commissioner Zepp,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by
the following vote.
