Tennessee Street McKinney, TX 75069 Planning & Zoning Commission Planning & Zoning Commission Minutes - Final December 12, 2017 PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by McCall, seconded by Cox,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development District to “C1” - Neighborhood Commercial District, Located on the Northeast Corner of Alma Road and Eldorado Parkway A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Minor Replat for Lots 1R and 2, Block A, of Homco Addition, Located at the Northwest Corner of Lavon Drive and Industrial Boulevard A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Mantzey,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Semiannual Report with Respect to the Progress of the Capital Improvements Plan for Roadway and Utility Impact Fees A motion was made by Commissioner Zepp, seconded by Mantzey,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
