PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.
CALL TO ORDER
CONSENT ITEMS
A motion was made by McCall, seconded by Smith,that this be Approved . The
motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by
law. Items may be considered individually by any Commission member making such request
prior to a motion and vote on the Consent items.

A motion was made by Commissioner McReynolds, seconded by McCall,that
this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to
Rezone the Subject Property from “RS-60” - Single Family Residence
District to “DR” - Duplex Residential District, Located Approximately 250
Feet North of Elm Street and on the West Side of Lindsey Street
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Commissioner
McReynolds,that this Agenda Item be Close the public hearing . The motion
carried by the following vote.
A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Cox,that this
Agenda Item be Approved . The motion failed by the following vote.
A motion was made by Smith, seconded by Commissioner McReynolds,that this

and “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District to “C2” - Local
Commercial District, “C3” - Regional Commercial District and “CC” -
Corridor Commercial Overlay District, Located on the Northwest Corner
of Hardin Boulevard and U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive)
A motion was made by Smith, seconded by Commissioner Cobbel,that this
Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Comments relating to items of public interest such as staff recognition, development
trends, the status of special Planning Department projects, and other relevant
information.
