Tennessee Street McKinney, TX 75069 Planning & Zoning Commission Planning & Zoning Commission Minutes - Final May 8, 2018 PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by McCall,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. The motion carried by the following vote. A motion was made by Commissioner Cobbel, seconded by Commissioner McReynolds,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan for an Elementary School (Prosper Independent School District No. 10), Located Approximately 1,275 Feet South Of Virginia Parkway and Approximately 600 Feet West of Independence Parkway A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
