- General Residence District and "CC" - Corridor Commercial Overlay
District to "PD" - Planned Development District and "CC" - Corridor
Commercial Overlay District, Generally to Allow Commercial and
Multi-Family Residential Uses, Located Approximately 830 Feet West of
Hardin Boulevard and on the North Side of U.S. Highway 380 (University
Drive)
A motion was made by Smith, seconded by Commissioner McReynolds,that this
Agenda Item be Close the public hearing . The motion carried by the following
vote.
A motion was made by Commissioner Kuykendall, seconded by Smith,that this
Agenda Item be Denied . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Minor Replat for

Approximately 185 Feet North of Elm Street and on the West Side of
State Highway 5 (South McDonald Street)
A motion was made by Franklin, seconded by McCall,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

A motion was made by Commissioner McReynolds, seconded by McCall,that
this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Façade Plan for
a Restaurant (The Yard Phase 2), Located at 107 South Church Street
A motion was made by Smith, seconded by Franklin,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Façade Appeal
for Façade Plan for Franconia Brewing Company Tap Room & Beer
Garden, Located on the Northwest Corner of McKinney Parkway and
Metro Park
A motion was made by Mantzey, seconded by Commissioner McReynolds,that
this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
