The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Hope Hardware Building LP for the project at 214 E. Louisiana Street A motion was made by Mayor Loughmiller, seconded by Pogue,that this Reinvestment Zone Number One be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Coit/Plano Parkway, LTD. for the Façade Improvement Project at 101 West Louisiana Street A motion was made by Rath, seconded by Rogers,that this Resolution - Reinvestment Zone 1 be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Coit/Plano Parkway, LTD. for the street/sidewalk improvement project at 101 West Louisiana Street A motion was made by Branch, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery,that this Resolution - Reinvestment Zone 1 be Approved .
