Virginia Parkway McKinney, TX 75069 McKinney Convention and Visitors Bureau McKinney Convention and Visitors Minutes - Final November 28, 2017 Bureau PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Harbor, seconded by Baublis,that this be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the McKinney Convention & Visitors Bureau Board Meeting of October 24, 2017 A motion was made by Harbor, seconded by Baublis,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 12/5/2017.
