Village Board Special Meeting Wednesday October 26, 2022 1143
The Village Board met Wednesday October 26, 2022 via zoom @ 11:00a.m., with Margaret Young, Jordan Powell,
Sally Madsen, Chris Wruck, Jane Fehrman, Clerk Penny Danielson, and Deputy Clerk Chrystal Fitzmaurice.
1. President Young called the meeting to order @ 11 p.m.
2. President Young certified the open meeting law requirements have been met.
3. Roll Call was taken by President Young.
4. Village Office new computer/equipment purchase: moved by Powell, seconded by Fehrman to approve the
purchase of computers/equipment not to exceed $1,800.00. Computer/equipment purchases it to be paid out of
the ARPA Funds. Carried. Chris Wruck Abstained.
5. Moved by Powell, seconded by Madsen to adjourn @ 11:06 a.m. Carried
