The Village Board met in a special meeting 1169
at 6:30 pm Wednesday July 26, 2023
1. President Wruck called the meeting to order @6:34 p.m.
2. President Wruck Certified the open meeting law requirements were met
3. Roll Call-Sally Madsen, Jane Fehrman, Jordan Powell, Heather Sprinkle, Chris Wruck.
4. Bond Schedule review-discussion and/or action Moved by Powell 2nd By Fehrman to increase the
Bond schedule deposits by 50% effective August 1, 2023. carried
5. Moved by Powell 2nd By Fehrman to adjourn @ 7:14 p.m.
