This applies to all persons who are retained (whether paid or not) to represent a business entity or organization to influence “City” action. “City” action is broadly described to include the ranking and selection of professional consultants, and virtually all-legislative, quasi- judicial and administrative action. Staff Summary In accordance with State Statute 163.371, all Community Redevelopment Agencies are required to have an annual audit performed by an independent firm of Certified Public Accountants. The CRA has received the FY2020-21 Audit Report from its external auditor, Anthony Bruson, P.A.. Fiscal Impact No fiscal impact. Recommended Action Staff recommends the Board approves this resolution accepting the FY2020-21 Community Redevelopment Agency Audit Report.
