Call to Order: a. Meeting called to order at 5:30pm by Gene Nocera 2. Public Session for Agenda Items a. No members of the public present. 3. Minutes Approval a. Motion to approve by Councilwoman Blackwell, seconded by Councilman Pessina. Unanimously approved. 4. Budget Update: a. Director Samolis indicated nothing has been spent out of the ARPA funds to date. 5. New Business: a. Engineering Specifications for Buildout: Authorization to hire Tighe and Bond. i. Director Samolis recommended using 21st Century bonds to hire Tighe and Bond to do the engineering specification for the bidding of the various aspects of the project. Motion to approve hiring Tighe and Bond for the Engineering Bid Specifications in the amount of $103,500.00 made by David Bauer, seconded by Councilman Pessina. Vote was Unanimous. b. Tenant Renovation Update: i. Aubrey LaMonica gave a quick update on the demolition that has occurred at the site to date. 6. Old Business: Authorizations for the Chair/Vice Chair a. Motion was made to authorize the Chair and Vice chair to approve and execute any purchase orders and change orders necessary to move the project forward by Councilwoman Blackwell, second Richard Pelletier.
