Call to Order – At 11:12 AM, the meeting was called to order 2. Public session – None, there being no public present 3. Palmer Field Sculpture Project After discussion, the Committee members present (actually and virtually) agreed to present the 3 names, as requested by the Public Works Department Director, to the Public Works Department for consideration as sculptors for the two proposed sculptures for Palmer Field, Middletown.
