Call to Order - Meeting was called to order at 8:31am 2. Public Session – No members of the public present 3. Grants a. Joni Weisfeld Grant Project After discussion, the Commission did not make a motion to reconsider the award. b. Janine Janaki Grant Project After discussion, the Commission did not make a motion to reconsider the award. 4. Grant Expenditures Balance a. MCA Sponsored Summer Events Discussion of suggestion that the Commission sponsor summer projects will be discussed at a future special meeting before the Commission’s monthly meeting on April 24. Funds must be encumbered by June. 5. Palmer Field Recommendations Kirkpatrick moved that the Commission accept the “*Recommendation for the Proposed Sculptures at Palmer Field”; seconded by McCoid, passed unanimously. 6.
