Meeting Minutes for 02-20-2020 Board of Assessment Appeals Middletown, Connecticut 06457 Thursday, February 20, 2020 at City Hall, Council Chambers at 6:30 PM Meeting started at 6:30 PM. Members present: Chairperson Kathy Adams, Secretary Leslie Spatola and John Kilian I. Discussed what happened at the Assessment Training Seminar II. Chose hearing dates for property as follows:  Monday, March 16th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM  Tuesday, March 17th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM  Monday, March 23rd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM  Tuesday, March 24th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and  Saturday, March 28th from 9 AM to 12 PM. The date for vehicle hearings is September 1st from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All hearings will be held at the Assessor’s Office, City Hall, Middletown. III.
