1. Were going to see if the CDBG money could be extended so issues can be dealt with going
forward for future projects

a. 11/2 Charter revision ballot item re: setting term limits of 3 consecutive terms on all City committees,

c. City action on Energy Plan (approved by resolution 2019) – next steps (discussion)
i. Ed Ford, Vinnie Loffredo, Michael Harris, Anna Salo-Markowski were supposed to meet
d. Vote on whether to have the Mayor sign the award letter for funds raised through the Sustainable CT grant (award
letter was attached to CETF email) (Michael Harris)
e. Seeking volunteers to serve on the evaluation committee to review the Police HQ energy services responses to the
RFQ (Request for Quotation) we are issuing. We’ll also pick a vendor that we wish to work with to develop an
energy efficiency project at the HQ. (Michael Harris)
f. To what extent do we want to get involved in the Riverfront project at this time? Michael Harris mentioned in the
last meeting considering creating a district heating/cooling system with ground-coupled heat pumps to be placed
outside the flood plain near the riverfront. What else would be appropriate to do here?
