Approval of December 1, 2021 meeting minutes (January 5 meeting was unofficial as there was not a quorum) 2. Public comment 3. Old Business a. EPR and TCI resolutions approved and sent out by the Common Council (Vinnie Loffredo) b. Municipal EV Readiness Program update and City vehicle fleet conversion (Chris Holden) c. Macdonough School letter to Deborah Cain and Facilities Committee: progress (John Giuliano) i. Discussion/editing of draft letter and possible VOTE on sending the letter officially from CETF ii. Review text of Building Committee Ordinance to determine if it covers our concerns d. Snow School AC/heat pump install – recommend combined HVAC system vs. just AC (John Giuliano) e. 2022 Energy Plan – Review Action items and determine top priorities to present to Common Council (Michael Harris, Anna Salo-Markowski) i. Placeholder line item for budget f. Work on amending CETF ordinance to have staggered terms and possibly bump up terms to 3 years. Also discuss recruiting strategy (Anna Salo-Markowski) g. CHEER update (Ray Lumpkin, Michael Harris) i. VOTE on approval of gift card expenditure for community engagement h. Building committee updates (Vinnie Lofreddo, John Giuliano, and Michael Harris) i.
