Projects that were being shepherded by the Energy Coordinator, and now Chris Holden, Deputy Director of Public Works 4. Macdonough School 5. Snow School AC/heat pump install 6. Municipal EV Readiness Program/City vehicle fleet conversion 7. Amending of CETF ordinance to reflect new term limits/staggered terms 8. Discussions with BlocPower 9. Various building committee projects (boathouse, Canoe Club, school roofs, Vets Park, Middletown Recreation Center) 10. CHEER program, status on hold for now 5. Adjourn
