Exterior Alternations/renovation at 324 Washington Street/ Glenstone Real Estate Services LLC SPR2020-175. There was no representation on the applicant who was asked prior to provide more information and detail. The application was tabled. 2. Review of the 2020-2030 Plan of Conservation and Development M. Kozikowski provided a brief overview of the document. He emphasized policies related to streetscape improvements, complete streets, and preservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings as points of interest to the Board. The Board discussed the desire to have street trees, green spaces, and buried utilities along the public ways. A motion to support the 2020-2030 Draft Plan of Conservation and Development made by M. Holzberg and seconded by M. Mills passed unanimously. 3. Adoption of the 2021 meeting calendar A motion to adopt the 2021 meeting calendar made by C. Wasch and seconded by M. Mills passed unanimously. IV. Minutes 1. September 9, 2020 A motion to accept the September 9, 2020 meeting minutes made by M. Holzberg and seconded by C. Wasch passed unanimously. V. Public Comment for Items not on the Agenda None VI. Adjournment A motion to adjourn made by C. Wasch and seconded by M. Holzberg passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:36pm.
