Exterior Alternations/Historic Preservation at 60 Pearl Street/ Gina Benevento SPR2021-1. Gina Benevento, presented the plan to restore the façade of the building. Damaged areas of the pine siding will be replaced in kind. The siding will be primed and painted with an oil based primer and paint. Damaged trim will be replaced in kind. Paint: Benjamin Moore- Historical Collection Tudor Brown (HC 185) A motion to approve the proposal as submitted made by B. Plumley and seconded by B. Kronenberger passed unanimously. IV. Minutes 1. December 9, 2020 A motion to approve the minutes of the December 9, 2020 meeting made by M. Mills and seconded by B. Kronenberger passed 3-0 (Jeff Bianco and B. Kronenberger abstained). V.
