SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN DECEMBER 14, 2023 A Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference Room at 40 Broad Street Thursday December 14, 2023. Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. and called the role. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Senovia Stone. Commissioner, Brian Gartner, Commissioner, ALSO, PRESENT; William Vasiliou, Executive Director, Jason Lewellyn, Esq. ABSENT; Al Santostefano, Commissioner, (excused), Larry Riley, Commissioner PUBLIC SESSION: none APPROVAL OF BILLS: On a motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Gartner, it was unanimously voted to approve the bills as submitted. REVIEW OF CONFIDENTIAL MEMO: On a motion of Commissioner Gartner, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was voted to go into Executive Session to review a confidential memo, board members and Atty. Lewellyn. ON a motion by Commissioner Gartner, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously voted to exit Executive Session. On a motion by Commissioner Gartner, and seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously voted to approve the execution of the Tolling Agreement, Effective December 15, 2023, by counsel on behalf of the Board. There being no further business to come before the Commission, on a motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Gartner it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 3:25 p.m.
