SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN A special meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference Room at 40 Broad Street on Wednesday March 27, 2024. Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. and called the roll. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman, virtual, Larry Riley, Commissioner. Commissioner Stone, excused absence, Commissioner Gartner, absent. ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary, Jason Lewellyn, Esq., John Shea, Esq. Jackson -Lewis. On a motion by Commissioner Riley, seconded by Commissioner Santostefano, the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Sesson to discuss Employee Workplace Complaints. At 5:25 Executive Sesson was concluded. On a motion by Commissioner Riley, seconded by Commissioner Santostefano the board moved unanimously to authorize counsel to negotiate a mutually satisfactory transition agreement in accordance with the parameters discussed. On a motion by Commissioner Riley, Seconded by Commissioner Santostefano it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 5: 29.
