MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN APRIL 8, 2023 The Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was in the conference room at 40 Broad St. Middletown, CT 06457 Commissioner Cacciola called the meeting to order at 4:45pm and called the roll. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Commissioner; Larry Riley, Commissioner; Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman; Senova Stone, Commissioner; Brian Gartner, Commissioner. ABSENT: None ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney Jason Lewellyn Commissioner Cacciola turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman. Senova Stone moved that Philip Cacciola be nominated for Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Riley. All voted in favor of Mr. Cacciola for Chairman. Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Cacciola who opened nominations for officers. Chairman Cacciola nominated Al Santostefano for Vice Chairman and Larry Riley for Treasurer, Senova Stone for Assistant Treasurer, and Brian Gartner for Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Gartner seconded the motion. It was unanimously voted to accept the nominations as submitted. The existing officers are as follows: Philip Cacciola, Chairman; Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman; Larry Riley, Treasurer; Senova Stone, Assistant Treasurer; Brian Gartner, Assistant Treasurer. All elected positions are effective April 1, 2024. On motion by Commissioner Stone; seconded by Commissioner Riley, it was unanimously voted to close the Annual Meeting at 4:47 pm.
