Call to Order Chairperson Faulkner called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. B. Approval of Prior Minutes Motion by Chairman Faulkner to approve the February 2023 special meeting minutes, Council Member Salafia seconded motion, motion passed unanimously. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the virtual Public Session. D. Executive Session Motion to enter executive session made by Chairman Faulkner, seconded by Council Member Salafia and carried unanimously. All council members entered executive session along with Matthew Bacon and Attorney Cindy Cieslak Executive session ended at 6:26 Motion to approve settlement of Foster vs. City of Middletown as discussed in executive session made by Council Member Faulkner. Motion seconded by Council Member Salafia. Motion passes unanimously. E. Other Business Discussion and presentation of prior closed claims as listed on agenda. F. Adjournment The Committee adjourned at 6:35 p.m. on motion of Council Member Salafia, seconded by Council Member Faulkner, and carried unanimously ___________/s/_______________ Chairperson Faulkner cc: Hon.
