Tenant issues: Two tenants remain in treatment off site. Their apartments are being reserved for them. We are awaiting a treatment plan that would make it safe for them to return to the facility. St. Vincent staff connects with impacted tenants to identify additional resources they may access. Occupancy: Occupancy remains at 100%, less the two tenants who are in treatment. Review of police presence A review of police traffic was reviewed from February through August. Middletown police continues to conduct regular property inspections. There were seven incidents that required the police other than property inspections, that were either to respond to a disturbance or wellbeing check. Security We discussed reducing the presence of contracted security guards. Christine reported that there are no issues that are being reported by security. Members recommended that a more defined sign-in and sign out practice be required of security guard and explore actual hour reductions. Building issues Christine is collecting quotes to repair damage to some roof shingles from August’s storm. Next meeting, October 14, 5:00 Submitted by, Carl Rodenhizer
