SHEPHERD HOME CITIZEN’S ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINUTES JULY 14, 2021 Those in attendance: Col. Phil Cacciola, Retired (chair), Deputy Mayor Vinnie Loffredo, Atty. Seb Giuliano, Veteran Larry Riley, Atty. Ralph Wilson, Carl Rodenhizer, Columbus House, Christine Garriga, DeMarco Phil called the meeting to order. Occupancy Christine reports four empty units. She has applicants but not complete applications which some of the veterans are having difficulty acquiring the required supportive documents. Christine reports that she has five applications that are being processed and she anticipations two more referrals. Building issues Approval for the entire roof replacement is still in process. Adjournment: Vinnie moved for the meeting to be adjourned. Approved. Next meeting: August 11, 2021 at 5:00.
