There was no discussion and the matter passed unanimously. 4) Financial Report The outstanding balance showed $33,903.00. Ken McClellan made the motion to approve the financial report and Ron Organek seconded the motion. There was discussion and the matter passed unanimously. 5) Bills/Invoices a) J.A. Rosa, Payment Application:  Staff suggested that the committee work with J.A. Rosa to bring the project management fee and bill to 100%. Ed Monarca made the motion and Ken McClellan seconded the motion. There was no discussion and the motion passed unanimously. b) J.A. Rosa, Change Order #5, $248.00 (5/9/18) A motion to add J.A. Rosa Change Order #5 to the agenda was made by Ken McClellan and seconded by Ed Monarca. There was no discussion and the motion to approve was passed unanimously. c) J.A. Rosa, Change Order #6, $2,183.86 (4/2/18) A motion to add J.A. Rosa Change Order #6 to the agenda was made by Ken McClellan and seconded by Ron Organek. There was no discussion and the motion to approve was passed unanimously. 6) Staff Updates: ● The Fire Marshall wants sidewalks for safety purposes. ● Monday, May 14 will be the final walk through prior to issuing the certificate of occupancy. ● Because of the concrete floors, the Fire Marshall also suggested that we need to install “Ground Fault Indicators” (GFI), unless we decide to carpet the floor instead. 7) Construction Updates: 8) Old Business 9) New Business 10) Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Ken McClellan and seconded by Jerry Augustine.
