Action Item: Approval of design concepts and any related decisions as requested by architects. ii. Action Item: Approval of potential improvement changes or removed improvements to meet fiscal constraints of project and projected expenditures. iii. Action Item: Approval of change order for added required environmental testing and increased on-site presence. iv.
