CITY OF MIDDLETOWN MINUTES OF THE RETIREMENT BOARD Monday, January 11, 2021 @ 9am The Special Meeting of the Retirement Board of the City of Middletown was held via WebEx Board Members Present: Steve Gomes, Carl Erlacher, Linda Salafia, John Milardo, Sandy Pasculano, Vinny Loffredo Board Members Absent: Mayor Florsheim, Joe Serra City Employees/Public/Others Present: Diana Doyle, Kori Wisneski, Nancy Conaway- Raczka, Anthony Gennaro; Michelle Leone  Meeting Called to Order at approximately 9:00 am  No Public Comments on the Agenda  Executive Session Item: Pursuant to C.G.S. 1-200(6)(A) & (E), discussion of duty disability retirement request by Police Officer Anthony Gennaro o Vinny motioned to go into Executive Session and invite Nancy, Kori & Diana and was seconded by John o All in favor o John motioned to reopen regular meeting and was seconded by Vinny o All in favor o Vinny motioned to approve Ofc. Gennaro’s request for duty disability, as in accordance with the Pension Ordinance and Collective Bargaining Agreement and was seconded by Sandy o All in favor  Ofc. Gennaro thanked the Board for convening and expressed his honor serving as a Middletown Police Officer  Adjournment of Meeting o Vinny motioned to adjourn and was seconded by John o All in favor Respectfully submitted: Carl Erlacher
