Village of Millbrook Board of Trustees Wednesday, 11/30/2022 35 Merritt Ave- Village Hall- Special Meeting 1. Roll Call: Mayor Collopy, Trustee Herzog, Trustee Arbogast and Clerk Witt Absent: Deputy Mayor Contino, Trustee Doro 2. Open meeting – 6:00 PM with Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Public Hearing- Ideas for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG): Motion made by Mayor Collopy to open the Public Hearing, seconded by Trustee Herzog and all were in favor. No public comments were made. Mayor Collopy explained for the 2023 CDBG application submission the Village will be putting in for phase two of the sidewalk replacements/repairs plan. The total amount of phases for this project will be three (3). Projected start date for phase one is Summer of 2023. Motion made by Mayor Collopy to close the Public Hearing, seconded by Trustee Herzog and all were in favor. Resolution 2022-018 Community Development Block Grant: Village Millbrook Board of Trustees Resolution #2022-018 Community Development Block Grant Activity Title: Sidewalk Repair WHEREAS, the Village of Millbrook (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality) is participating in the 2023 Dutchess County Community Development Block Grant Consortium, and WHEREAS, input from citizens and groups has been received and considered at a Public Hearing, and WHEREAS, an application has been prepared for the above reference activity which addresses our community concerns. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2023 application to the Dutchess County Community Development Block Grant Program for the above referenced activity is approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the submission of the application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development is authorized.
