Village of Millbrook Board of Trustees Wednesday, 08/30/2023 – 6:30 PM Special Meeting- Executive Session- Police Department Village Hall, 35 Merritt Ave, Millbrook NY,12545 1. Roll Call: Mayor Collopy, Deputy Mayor Doro, Trustee Contino, Trustee Herzog, and Trustee Murphy 2. Open meeting – 6:00 PM with Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. 3. Executive Session Topic: Police Department- Motion made by Mayor Collopy to enter into executive session at 6:34PM, seconded by Deputy Mayor Doro and all were in favor. Motion made by Mayor Collopy to increase the hourly rate of officers by $3.40 per hour except for Officer Culhane who will be increased by ¢.84 an hour until he completes academy, seconded by Trustee Herzog and all were in favor. Rate increase shall take effect the second payroll of September 2023. Motion by Mayor Collopy to exit executive session, seconded by Deputy Mayor Doro and all were in favor. (Rates will be listed below) Next board meeting: Business Meeting: September 20th, 2023, 6 PM- Millbrook Fire House (20 Front St) 4. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 7:34 PM was made by Mayor Collopy seconded by Deputy Mayor Doro and all were in favor.
