Village of Millbrook Board of Trustees Wednesday, 09/25/2024 – 6:00 PM Special Meeting- Executive Session- Highway Supervisor Interviews Village Hall, 35 Merritt Ave, Millbrook NY,12545 1. Roll Call: Mayor Collopy, Deputy Mayor Murphy, Trustee Contino, Trustee Herzog, and Trustee Doro 2. Open meeting – 6:00 PM with Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. 3. Executive Session Topic: Highway Supervisor Candidate Interviews- Motion made by Mayor Collopy to enter into executive session at 6:00PM to start one of (4) candidate interviews, seconded by Trustee Doro and all were in favor. Motion by Mayor Collopy to exit executive session at 7:55 PM, seconded by Trustee Contino and all were in favor. 4. Decision: After interviews, the Board selected a candidate to hire. The Board to announce the candidate once all pre-employment requirements have been satisfied. Should the candidate choose to opt out or fail to meet pre-employment requirements, the Board will then consider offering the position to their second choice. 5. Next board meeting: Business Meeting 10/09/2024- 6:00PM at Millbrook Firehouse 6. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 8:00 PM was made by Mayor Collopy, seconded by Trustee Herzog and all were in favor.
