Village of Millbrook Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes Village Hall – 35 Merritt Ave Date: February 19, 2026 Time: 7:30 PM CALL TO ORDER Mayor Doro called the Special Meeting to order at 7:30 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Doro, Deputy Mayor Murphy, Trustees Bucklin, Trustee Briggs, and Trustee Mawson. Also Present: Attorney Mackey and members of the Fire Department. EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to enter Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. Moved by: Deputy Mayor Murphy Seconded by: Trustee Briggs Vote: All in favor. The Board entered Executive Session at 7:35 PM. Motion to exit Executive Session and return to open session at 8:30 PM. Moved by: Mayor Doro Seconded by: Deputy Mayor Murphy Vote: All in favor. No action was taken during Executive Session. ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 PM. Moved by: Mayor Doro Seconded by: Trustee Bucklin Vote: All in favor.
