Village of Millbrook Planning Board Meeting Minutes January 8, 2024 DRAFT FOR APPROVAL Members Present: Chair Frank Redl Kay Vanderlyn Genevieve Glasson Members Absent: Matthew Anderson Joseph Forte The Village of Millbrook Planning Board was called to order at 6:00pm. BENNETT PARK The Public Hearing was opened. No members of the public appeared for comment. The Public Hearing will continue to the February 12, 2024 meeting in order to allow more time for consultant comments. Motion to Continue the Public Hearing Until the February 12, 2024 meeting. Made by: Chair Redl Second: Genevieve Glasson Motion PASSED by the following vote: Chair Redl: AYE Genevieve Glasson: AYE Kay Vanderlyn: AYE Motion to Close the Public Hearing was Made and Carried FRISINA SUBDIVISION Brendan Johnson, Land Surveyor, represented the applicant and explained that the 3-lot subdivision is without Board of Health studies at the present time. Mr. Johnson provided maps of the intended subdivision and explained the project to Board members. Members of the Board asked Mr. Johnson why this is just a non-realty subdivision and why it does not show the locations of potential homes. Mr. Johnson explained that any development would be in the future. The current application avoids any in-depth analysis by the Dutchess County Board of Health.
