Village of Millbrook Planning Board Meeting Minutes February 12, 2024 DRAFT FOR APPROVAL Members Present: Chair Frank Redl Matthew Anderson Kay Vanderlyn Genevieve Glasson Members Absent: None The Village of Millbrook Planning Board was called to order at 6:00pm. FRISINA SUBDIVISION Brenden Johnson represented the applicant and explained that the 3-lot subdivision is without Board of Health studies at the present time. He acknowledged that, if the subdivision is granted, the applicant would have to apply to the Planning Board, if any of the lots were to be developed. Motion Made and Carried for Application to be Referred to Rennia Engineering for Review and Comment as well as Scheduling a Public Hearing at the March 11, 2024 Meeting BENNETT PARK Peter Sander of Rennia Engineering and George Whalen, III, represented the applicant, Updated maps were provided that represented the full project. The project received a substantial grant from the County. The Park granted an easement to the Dutchess Land Conservancy, which will ensure that the Park will always remain a park. The revised plans reflect those comments from the County and the Department of Transportation only commented that if work is to be done in the Right of Way, a Highway Work Permit will be required. Two neighbors attended the meeting, in support of the project and the nighttime security lights. Motion to Close the Public Hearing was Made and Carried The Planning Board meeting closed.
