Village of Millbrook Planning Board Meeting Minutes March 11, 2024 DRAFT FOR APPROVAL Members Present: Chair Frank Redl Matthew Anderson Genevieve Glasson Joseph Forte Members Absent: Kay Vanderlyn The Village of Millbrook Planning Board was called to order at 6:00pm. FRISINA SUBDIVISION Brenden Johnson, surveyor, as well as Foord Munderback (Lee Frisina’s son), represented the applicant. The Frisinas wish to divide their 8 acres of property into 3 lots, all frontage parcels, at 36 Nine Partners Lane. There were several neighbors present who asked for clarification on the project. All questions were answered.
