Village of Millbrook, NY Shade Tree Commission February 9, 2026 4pm Village Hall Present: Bucklin, Collopy, Shuminov and McGrane. Minutes Approved minutes from the June and September 2025 meeting(s). Organizational Business Members: Julia Bucklin, Eldar Shuminov, Ceil Collopy and Kevin McGrane Old Business 1- Reviewed solicited bids for the purchase of trees for spring planting. 2- Reviewed locations for the trees to be planted. 3- Reviewed Hudson River Estuary Program Trees for Tribs Application. ​ The application will be presented to the Village Board for approval. New Business 1- Discussed plans for Arbor Day Friday April 24, 2026. ​ Planting a tree at Elm Drive Elementary and a tree at Alden Place Elementary. 2- Discussed tree(s) for removal.
