Motion- Second- Department of Public Safety Department of Parks & Public Property Ordinances 1st Reading ( 1) Ordinance to approve the application and agreement submitted by Henderson Aquatics, Inc. for a five year exemption and abatement from taxation pursuant to Article I of Chapter 65 of the Municipal Code for the project known as Henderson Aquatics Warehouse Addition, located at 307 Orange Street, Block 581, Lot 9 Motion- Second- Page 2 of 10 Ordinances 1st Reading Ordinance No. ( 2) Ordinance amending the Municipal Code of the City of Millville, Chapter 33, Licensing and Permits, Article V, Cumberland County Fairgrounds, Section 33-34, Licenses Required, Subsection A: fee amended from $1,500.00 to $750.00, Subsection B: fee amended from $250 per day to $100 per event Motion- Second- Ordinance No. ( 3) Ordinance accepting a Deed of Dedication of vacant land, Block 236, Lot 70 and Lot 119 owned by the Woodland Community Association Motion- Second- Ordinance No. ( 4) Ordinance to approve an Agreement for Shared Services and Redevelopment between the City and the County of Cumberland to reimburse the County $750,000.00 to be paid in the amount of $75,000.00 plus interest each year for 10 years. The County will be issuing Chapter 12 Education Bonds in the amount of $3,000,000.00 to provide part of the funding for the project known as the Cumberland County College Arts & Business Innovation Center Motion- Second- Ordinances 2nd Reading None Resolutions Resolution No. R290-2013 ( 1) Resolution authorizing adjustments to the City of Millville Tax and Utility Records Motion- Second- Page 3 of 10 Resolutions Resolution No. R291-2013 ( 2) Resolution authorizing Water/Sewer Termination on December 16, 2013 due to payment default pursuant to Section 56-18 of the Municipal Code Motion- Second- Resolution No. R292-2013 ( 3) Resolution authorizing Special Assessment of Municipal Liens for 46 properties due to expenses in the amount of $7,863.50 incurred by the City of Millville and Administrative Fees in the amount of $100.00 each relating to Cut & Clean and Board & Secure in accordance with Chapter 11, Article VI of the Municipal Code Motion- Second- Resolution No. R293-2013 ( 4) Resolution authorizing the City of Millville to enter into a Shared Services Agreement with the Millville Board of Education for the funding and support of a Shared Office of Information Technology for the period covering January 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2014 in the amount of $8,750.00 Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R294-2013 ( 5) Resolution authorizing Professional Service Contract with McManimon, Scotland and Baumann, LLC, 75 Livingston Ave, 2nd Floor, Roseland, NJ to act as bond counsel for the municipality and to perform such legal services as are required in connection with the issuance of instruments for public finance in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Page 4 of 10 Resolutions Resolution No. R295-2013 ( 6) Resolution authorizing Professional Service Contract with Allen & Associates, Inc., 630 S. Brewster Rd, Vineland, NJ 08360 to act as insurance broker of record for the City of Millville employee health benefit program in an amount not to exceed $33,120.00 to be paid by the various insurers for dental, vision, prescription drugs and life insurance Motion- Second- Resolution No. R296-2013 ( 7) Resolution authorizing Professional Service Contract with Brock D. Russell, LLC, 706 N. High Street, Millville, NJ to act as Municipal Prosecutor for the Millville Municipal Court for 96 court appearances at a per diem rate of $625.00 per calendar day in the amount of $60,000.00 Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R297-2013 ( 8) Resolution authorizing Professional Service Contract with Robert Verry, PO Box 47, South Bound Brook, NJ to act as hearing officer in administrative proceedings involving disciplinary matters and grievance matters for the Police Department in an amount not to exceed $1,250.00 Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R298-2013 ( 9) Resolution authorizing Professional Service Contract with Jacob & Chiarello, LLC, 600 W.
