Pereira called the Public Hearing to order at 6:38 PM. A Public Hearing was held at 6:38 PM at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York, 11501 in order to receive public comment upon the following: A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AUTHORIZING A PROPERTY TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE LIMIT ESTABLISHED IN GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW §3-C. No speakers from the public addressed the Board. Resolution No. 074-25 Resolved to adopt the proposed Local Law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in general municipal law §3-C. A Public Hearing was held at 6:40 PM at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York, 11501 in order to receive public comment upon the following: APPLICATION OF DP BUILDERS, INC. FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 550 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA ENTITLED “ZONING”, SECTION 550-15.3 ENTITLED “HISTORIC OVERLAY DISTRICT” TO CONSTRUCT A FIVE STORY MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH TWO LEVELS OF BELOW GRADE PARKING UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 101-109 MAIN STREET, MINEOLA, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 9, BLOCK 419, LOTS 229, 227, 223, 24 AND 26. No speakers from the public addressed the Board. Resolution No. 075-25 Resolved to declare the Special Use Application of DP Builders, Inc. for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Chapter 550 of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Mineola, entitled “Zoning”, Section 550-15.3 entitled “Historic Overlay District” for the purpose of constructing a five story mixed-use residential building with two levels of below grade parking upon the property known as 101-109 Main Street, Mineola, New York, known and designated on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 419, Lots 229, 227, 223, 24 and 26, as an unlisted action pursuant to S.E.Q.R.A. Motioned by Trustee Donna M. Solosky Seconded by Deputy Mayor Janine Sartori Vote: Yes No Abstain Mayor Paul A. Pereira Deputy Mayor Janine Sartori Trustee Paul S. Cusato Trustee Jeffrey M.
