Resolved to authorize the Clerk of the Justice Court to attend the 2025 NYS Association of Magistrates Court Clerks Annual Training Conference September 28 – October 1, 2025 in Albany, New York. B. Resolved to authorize a permit to operate an ice cream truck on public streets in the Village of Mineola from May 22, 2025 through November 30, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 8:30 PM or dusk (whichever is earlier), to Craig Zoly, a franchisor of Mister Softee Ice Cream, Inc. C. Resolved that the Board of Trustees adopts the standard work days and reporting requirements for certain titles of elected and appointed officials and that the resolution be posted for 30 days on the Village’s bulletin board and website. 3. Department of Public Works Report A. Resolved to authorize the personnel service proposal to provide security services on an hourly basis for the John S. DaVanzo Pool, Wilson Park and Memorial Park to the lowest proposal, Titan Secure Titan Secure: $27.00* Global Security Assoc.: $33.25* East Gate Security: $33.95* JDC Investigations & Security Inc $35.85* Funding Source: 2025/2026 Pool Fund and/or Unreserved Pool Fund Balance and 2025/2026 General Fund and/or the General Fund Unreserved Fund * Hourly wage paid to Security Guard is determined by NYSDOL Prevailing Wage with added adjustments for overhead and profit by each 1  contractor.
