The Planning Commission recommends approval. The owner plans on building three duplexes, one on each lot. The
owner’s plans do not meet the rear and side yard setbacks. As proposed, the builder intends all structures to be 30’
from the right-of-way, consistent with the two duplexes to the east creating an orderly appearance on Antoine Street.

side yard setback to 10’ rather than 12’ and the rear yard setback to 18’ rather than 30’.
