PUBLIC HEARINGS: PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2019-05: Applicant Scott Milner is requesting (A) a 10 foot variance from the required 90 feet lot width for 2 corner lots in an SF-9 (Single Family Residential) zoned district, and (B) a 1 foot variance from the required 80 feet lot width for 3 interior lots in an SF-9 (Single Family Residential) zoned district, located at 1600 SE 25th Ave, being All Lots, Block 8, of the Johnson Quarter Acre Addition of the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2019-06: Applicant Kenisha Richardson is requesting (A) a special exception in order to construct a carport within 5 feet of the front property line, and (B) a variance 4 foot variance in order to construct a carport within 1 foot of the front property line at a home located at 1801 SE 13th Street, being Lot 28, Block 4, of the Lamar Heights Addition of the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
