PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-1 Applicant Trey Evans, representing Mineral Wells Independent School District is requesting the Board of Adjustment to permit the installation of a Video Display Sign as listed in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6 Advertising and Signs, Section 6-32 C, in a CF (Community Facilities) District located at 3820 Ram Blvd., being Abstract 701, Tract 36, T&P R. R. Company Survey #13, City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-2 Applicant Heriberto Hernandez is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 5ft. of the front property line and 1 ft. of the side property line in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District, located at 609 NW 5th St, being Block 2, Lot E, 48x100 of 10, of the S&B West Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
