PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-3 Applicant Randy Tucker is requesting a Variance from the 10 ft. minimum side yard requirement in a MH (HUD Code Manufactured Home) District, located at 800 SW 24th St, being, Block 10, Lot 10R, Lawn Terrace Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-4 Applicant Laura Carpenter is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport within 11 ft. of the front property line in a SF-6 (Single Family Residential) District, located at 516 SE 17th Street, being Block 5, Lot 4 and East 15 of 3, Hillcrest Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-5 Applicants Clay and Terrie Roundtree are requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport within 1 ft. of the side property line in a SF-6 (Single Family Residential) District, located at 715 Morningside Dr., being Block 16, Lot 15 ft. of SE Corner of 9 and all of 12, Morningside Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
