PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-11 Applicant Rebecca Hall representing Immanuel Baptist Church is requesting a Variance to install an 8-foot-tall privacy fence in a SF-6 (Single Family Residential) District located at 1408 SE 15th Street, being Block D, Lot A, Arrington Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-12 Applicant Trey Evans representing Mineral Wells ISD is requesting the Board of Adjustment to permit the installation of a Video Display Sign as listed in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Advertising and Signs, Section 6-32 C, in a CF (Community Facilities) District, located at 906 SW 5th Ave, being Block 14, Lots S/2 of 1 & all of 2, Block 15 SE Portion, College Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
