Norman is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 6.5 ft of the front property line and 3.5 feet of the side property line in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District, located at 4100 NE 4th Street, being Block 1, Lot 1, Holiday East Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-14 Applicant General Sign Company is requesting the Board of Adjustment to permit the installation of a Video Display Sign as listed in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Advertising and Signs, Section 6-32 C in a GR (General Retail) District, located at 1501 SE 1st Street, being Block 1, Lots 1&3, Wynwood #1 Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-15 Applicant Kristy Smith is requesting the Board of Adjustment to permit the installation of a Projecting Sign as listed in the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, Section 6-35 in a C (Commercial) District, located at 201 W Hubbard St, being Block 8, Lot E 2 of a & all of B of 13, Lynch Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
