PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-1 Applicant Trey Evans representing Mineral Wells ISD is requesting a variance from the 4 foot height limit for a front fence in order to install a 6 foot tall wrought iron fence around the front of a new classroom to be located at 204 SW 12th Street, being Block 37, Lots 7-9, Lawn Place #1 Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
