PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-1 Applicant Trey Evans representing Mineral Wells ISD is requesting a variance from the 4 foot height limit for a front fence in order to install a 6 foot tall wrought iron fence around the front of a new classroom to be located at 204 SW 12th Street, being Block 37, Lots 7-9, Lawn Place #1 Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-2 Applicant Anthony Privitt is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 1 foot of the front property line in a SF-6 (Single Family Residential) District, located at 303 NW 21st ST, being Block 55, W75 of 8 & N 30x75 of 7, Slaughter & Barber North Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-3 Applicant Jay Patel is requesting a Variance from the 7.5 foot side setback on Lots 7-11 and the 10 foot side street setback on Lot 11 to 5 feet in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District being Block 28, Lots 6-11, Lawn Place #1 Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
