PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-6: Applicant Mallory Haun is requesting a variance from the 30’ front setback to 25’ and from the 7.5’ side setback to 5’ in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District located at 1009 SW 1st Ave., being Lot 10, Block 4, Cunninghams Second Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-7: Applicant Jay Patel is requesting a variance from the 20’ front setback to 15’ in a C (Commercial) District in order to construct a covered parking space at 4410 Highway 180 East, being Lot 1, Block 1, Kessler Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2024-8: Applicant Mitch Bradshaw is requesting a variance from the minimum ground clearance of 12’ to 66” on a pole sign in a GR (General Retail) District located at 1812 SE 1st Street, being Block 12, Lots 2, 3, 5 & 6, Wynwood Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
